Player of the Month Dontes Winnings to Charities.

Johnson Wagner won player of the month this past January, and by earning the PGA TOUR Player of the Month presented by Avis award, Johnson Wagner donated money to The First Tee and Levine Children's Hospital.Wagner says "The First Tee has always been something I’ve been involved with, and I was ready to donate all the money to that initiative. But then my wife, Katie, and I discussed it, and we decided to help Levine Children’s Hospital in Charlotte, as well. I couldn’t have made a better choice"

Player Profile: Kyle Stanley


Kyle Stanley is the current leader in the FedEx . 24 year old Kyle attended Clemson University and turned pro golfer in 2009. Kyle lists Mike Taylor and Dr. Milt Lowderas his instructors. Favorite course he's played is Augusta National and would like to play Pine Valley in New Jersey. Kyle's favorite college teams include the Clemson Tigers, and Gonzaga University basketball team, his favorite professional team is the Seattle Seahawks.

PGA Tour Charities Highlight: Chevron's Eagles for Education

This past weekend Chevron's Eagles for Education initiative donated $2,500 for every eagle scored on the Northerner Trust Open. Each eagle will support 350 students through the Los Angeles Junior Chamber of Commerce and The First TeeThere were a total of 30 eagles recorded this week, which earns a donation of $75,000 to the Eagles for Education initiative.

Northern Trust Open

This past weekend golfers competed in the Northern Trust Open. Reigning FedExCup champion Bill Haas made a 43-foot birdie putt to defeat Phil Mickelson and Keegan Bradley and win the Northern Trust Open. Reporters spoke with HAAS after and he said: "A part of me was saying, 'I've done this once, let's do it again, another part of me was saying, 'Don't screw this up.'" Coming Up: AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am

Professional golfers and celebrities are getting ready for the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am this coming weekend. With the likes of Andy Garcia, Bill Murray, and Bill Belichick along with several others. The celebrities are teaming up with professional golfers such as last years winner D. A. Points, Tiger Woods, and Brandt Snedeker. Golfers are playing for hundreds different non-profit organizations.
